Fabrizio Spada
Dr Fabrizio Spada joined Ego in 2016, and previously spent many years in R&D, focusing on the formulation of coatings for Solvay, consumer products for PZ Cussons and Natures Organics, and pharmaceutical products for dermatology at Stiefel/GSK.
Fabrizio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry (with honours) from the University of Turin, Italy, and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Montana, USA.
Fabrizio’s focus at Ego Pharmaceuticals is the development of new products and their registration in the many markets Ego is currently present, along with the design of clinical trials and the publication of the scientific results in high caliber peer-reviewed journals.
Prior to his position as Scientific Affairs Manager at Ego Pharmaceuticals, Fabrizio has published on the interaction of transition metal markers with bio-macromolecules, such as proteins and DNA, and has been awarded patents on the polymerization of fluorinated macromolecules for coating applications.
He is currently the Scientific Affairs Manager for Ego Pharmaceuticals, with responsibilities for Research and Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Scientific Communication and Clinical Trials.
